Return Conditions
- Refunds are issued only once the artwork has been returned in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please keep and reuse the original packaging for returns to avoid transport damage.
- If an item is returned damaged or incomplete due to improper packaging, I may deduct compensation for the loss in value.

Transport Damage
- If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please report it to the carrier immediately and contact me with photos within 48 hours.
- You are not legally obliged to do so, but this helps me file claims with the shipping provider and ensures a faster solution for you.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after I receive the returned artwork in good condition.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout.
