Description
Join me in my Berlin studio for 3.5 hours of colour, texture and creative experimentation.
In Layers in Motion, you’ll explore mixed-media painting using texture paste, acrylic inks, paints, markers and pastels. I’ll show you how I use these materials in my own work, then guide you as you develop your own 25 × 25 cm artwork.
There is no fixed result to copy. Everyone explores the same techniques, but every painting takes its own direction.
No previous painting experience is needed.
What you’ll explore
- Creating textured surfaces with modelling paste
- Working with acrylic inks and expressive colour
- Building layers with paint, markers and pastels
- Developing your own abstract composition
- Adding the finishing marks that make your piece yours
Inside my studio
We’ll work together in my working art studio in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, surrounded by original paintings, works in progress and plenty of art materials.
With a maximum of eight participants, there’s room to experiment, ask questions and receive individual guidance.

The studio is approximately a 10-minute walk from S Landsberger Allee.
You’ll receive detailed arrival instructions, including the building entrance and studio room, after booking.
Booking & cancellations
The workshop requires a minimum of three participants. If that number isn’t reached 48 hours before the session, you can choose a full refund or transfer to another available date.
You can cancel for a full refund at least seven days before the workshop. For later cancellation requests or to transfer your place to another person, please email info@milimizzi.com.
